"Prices feel like a rip-off"
The prices just feel way too high for what you get. I walked away feeling like I wasted my time and energy even trying to make it work, because it really doesn’t seem fair at all.

"Checkout Was More Annoying Than It Needed To Be"
I was trying to place an order on pokejapan.com, and the checkout part was kind of a pain. The page kept loading really slowly, and I ended up having to type in my address twice, which was Frustrating.
The payment step also didn’t feel super smooth. My card got declined once with no real explanation, then after I refreshed the page, it suddenly worked Fine. Not the most reassuring experience.
The site itself looks decent, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the checkout definitely made me lose a little confidence. I might order again at some point, but only if that part gets cleaned up a Bit.

"Helpful tracking, better than most sites I've used"
I ordered from Poke Japan and overall the tracking updates were solid. The emails let me know when my order shipped and I could usually see where it was, which was nice. Compared to a few other sites I’ve bought from, they were a lot more clear about what was going on. One update did come a little late, so I was kind of wondering what was happening for about a day, but everything showed up fine in the end. I’d order from them again.

"Overseas shipping was frustrating"
The international shipping experience was rough. My order took way longer than I expected to arrive, and the tracking barely updated the whole time (which made it even more annoying). I also reached out to support, but their replies were slow too. At this point, I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Customs fees were a bad surprise"
I ordered thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole customs/import fees thing really wasn’t clear when I checked out. Then after the order, I got hit with an extra bill and some paperwork I wasn’t expecting at all.
I contacted support, but the reply took a while and felt like a copy-paste answer that basically said it was on me to deal with. Maybe this is standard for international orders, but they really need to make it obvious before payment. I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered from Poke Japan and the delivery was late again. The tracking barely moved, and I ended up having to chase them just to get any kind of update. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing felt way more stressful than it should’ve been. The food eventually showed up much later than expected, i don’t think it was worth the hassle. If you need your order on time, I wouldn’t really count on them

"Wasn’t sure these were authentic"
I ordered a few cards, but when they arrived the packaging just seemed a little off. The finish and print didn’t look the same as the ones I already own, so I had a hard time trusting that they were genuine. I also would’ve appreciated clearer instructions or details on how to verify them. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I probably wouldn’t order again

"Return went smoooth"
I had to send one item back and it was easy overall. The refund took about a week to show up, which was a little annoying, but support got back to me fast enough. Not totally perfect, but no major issues or anything.

Uh, I was disappointed when my cards arrived. A few were bent and scratched, and they definitely weren’t in the condition I expected

"Support was basically useless"
They did reply, but it felt like dealing with a bunch of ticket-closers who just wanted to say they answered. Nothing actually got fixed, and I’m still stuck with the same issue.

"The site was just annoying to deal with"
I tried to place an order, but the whole thing was just kind of frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, and the menu had this confusing layout that made it hard to find stuff. Even the cart was tucked away somewhere weird. After a few minutes of dealing with all that, I just gave up. It wasn’t worth the hassle.

My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really help much. They were vague and didn’t give me a clear idea of what was going on. I get that delays happen, but this one felt avoidable with better communication

I remember checking out pokejapan.com a while back, and my honest impression was that it didn’t really feel all that trustworthy to me. From what I can recall, a few things seemed unclear, and I couldn’t find enough solid information to feel comfortable moving forward. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but based on what I remember, I probably wouldn’t use it

"Packaging was kinda disappointing"
The box showed up a bit bent, and the cards didn’t seem like they were protected all that well. I was expecting a little more care with the packaging, so that was dissapointing.

I reached out to customer service and waited a few days, but I still haven’t gotten any real help. Maybe I expected a response too quickly, I don’t know, but it’s been frustrating just sitting there wondering if anyone is even going to get back to me.

"Preorder took way too long"
I preordered thinking it would ship around the date they listed, but it basically just sat there with almost no updates. My brother kept asking if it had arrived yet, and I had no idea what to tell him. I ended up having to reach out for info myself, and the replies didn’t really clear anything up. it was more stressful than it was worth, and I probably won’t preorder from pokejapan.com again.
